This new version makes it affordable for small merchants to launch their own m-commerce shopping site and begin taking advantage of the $500 million U.S. m-commerce consumer channel. Through this process, the merchant is able to establish branding requirements and a product catalogue of up to 100 products. Once set-up is complete, the merchant’s branded mobile shopping site is launched and accessible to consumers by entering a URL (selected by the merchant) in their mobile device, or via mporia.mobi. When ready to make a purchase, they simply click the merchant’s ‘click-to-call’ button to complete the transaction. GMLite is available for $9.99 per month with a one-time $19.99 set-up charge.
